爱 心 晚 餐
Since I left my former company 2 years ago, working life has been a little bit easier for me. I could leave the office early, almost on da dot! I have all the time spent with my children in the evening and even cook them a decent meal for dinner, though we make it a point to eat out once a while. Of course, not forgetting the after cooking cleaning up bit. Well, I am also a little luckier now since both my children has grown up. They helped in the washing up (& some of the household chores). Love them even more!
She's enjoying every bit of this oyster sauce celery dish. She walloped the whole thing all by herself.
Stir-fry Asparagus with Dried Shrimp and lotsa smashed Garlic

Curry Chicken with lots of Cabbage and Potatoes ~ they both loves the potatoes and I go for the cabbage. The chicken? Oh well, we gotta eat it anyway!
Something simple. All time favourite, Marmite Soup with Chinese Sausage & Fried Fish (duno what's the name la...he he)
Fried Mackerel with Dried Onion and Ginger

Stir Fried Siew Yoke with Big Onion and Garlic in Light Soy Sauce ~ surprisingly, I thought only he will like, but she also enjoyed every bite. The satisfying part was when you see your loved ones enjoying your cooking, though it's not really perfect!
I was feeling lazy and opt for assorted food from Jusco, since I was there doing groceries shopping.
We did not finish the food that night.
