Ning-Ja Tortoise

11 March 2012, I finally agreed to Chung Shun & Anvie's request to have their own pets. The reason why I agreed now is I believed they are old enough to take care of these little lives and it's time to let them learn to be more responsible.

Introduce you to Siu Loong on the left & Ngau Ngau on the right

This is Siu Loong, belongs to Chung Shun

This is Seow Huai Dan, I bought this for Joey for her birthday. This one HOPs when she runs ;). Her legs so strong she can climb up anything with a blink of an eye!! She is the most beautiful amongst the 3.

 Siu Loong in her home

Siu Loong getting familiarise with her new place

Siu Loong has lighter colour body, and it's heavier. She doesn't move much and kinda slow motion. She was on diet when we first brought her home, but now a much bigger eater compared to Ngau Ngau.

It's Siu Loong's poo poo err...

Siu Loong always look at me like this!!

Spider Tortoise - NgauNgau likes to climb...

See how tall he can stand....on 5 March, he managed to escape from his home...I came home searched the whole house, near to tears, thought he jumped down the balcony!! Finally, I found him among some detergent bottles in the toilet...dried and not moving!! I thought he was dead....he moved a leg when I picked him up...few minutes later he was wide awake again trying to climb out from his home again...NgauNgau is a real hyper compared to SiuLoong!

When they first came home, I dare not even touch them...but now, they climb all over me...ha ha...

This is NgauNgau...darker color, super hyperactive!

I love them!

Happy Birthday Mom

I haven't met my mom since the recent Chinese New Year and it was amazing how she has "changed" in the past 2 months - fairer, happier and more graceful! I am happy for her and hope she maintain this way forever.

Today is her birthday and I bought her dinner at Pat Kin Pat San @ Shamelin. She talked about her new job and how she had regretted that she had not leave earlier. Initially, I was worried that her new job would be too heavy for her age, but after her explaining to me what her daily routine, I guess she can handle perfect. She told me she have all the time to do the things she likes after work, she can sleep any time she feels tired ~ unlike before.

I believed the happiest is she can spend more time in her own home!
