My phone started beeping as early as 1015hrs on 20 October, with the first Birthday wish from dear Joelene….her message read

“Knock? Knock? May I come into your world? I bring no flowers, no cakes, but wishes to keep you fresh, prayer to keep you happy and love to keep you smiling: Happy Birthday 2 u dear..(^_^) many more years to come”.

Next was from a Dear friend, Yip Wai at 2358hrs on 20 October, his message

“My dearest fren, today’s ur day 2 shine the brightest with all those bday candles. Hehe. Happy 21^st bday for the 1^st time (woo hoo!). Great happiness, wealth, health and gd cheer to u. God bless. HOPE THE 1^ST TO WISH U! Haha!

The unexpected Jeffrey Chew……..sent a “chew” to my face that lit a smile instantly..

Final message from Francis Lai came in at 2340hrs..

Not forgetting, Citibank also gave me a big big surprise birthday gift! My platinum card was fraud of RM8,279 on 2 single receipts - BOTH on SAME NIGHT at Mid Valley, Jusco & Isetan!! I just activated this card sometime mid-end September and I was unable to use the card even after activation...surprisingly someone else could!! What I cannot accept was, why Citibank did not alert me earlier, i.e the moment the card was swipe for SUCH A HUGE AMOUNT and sent just an sms to inform AFTER the transaction has taken place - i.e. the next morning only!

Can you imagine, I was "interrogated" by the citibank officer on my birthday? sigh...I still have to wait for their investigation.
