I cooked "Nam Yu" Pork Ribs tonight. Shawn loved it so much until he had most of it. The plate was almost emptied before Anvie and me realised it!!
The ingredients I used were, "nam yu", sugar, corn flour, whole egg and oyster sauce, marinade over night and deep fried in hot oil!!

Uncle Sun Abalone Chicken Soup...the taste not bad, but we never like that piece of "abalone" that come together in the packing!
It was never difficult to give them a stomach full before bed. I am enjoying every moment, while I can, cooking dinner for them. I believed every mama will know the feel of satisfaction when you see your children enjoying every scoop of your cooking.
